				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>Tezalon’s new automated single-use inline dilution system streamlines downstream bioprocessing, eliminating the bottlenecks caused by traditional, labor-intensive buffer preparation and management. </p>
<p>The system is integrated with the customer’s downstream bioprocess. It controls automated dilution of highly concentrated buffer solutions in an integrated single-use mixer and ensures precise delivery at the time of use. This eliminates manual labor and buffer hold capacity that is required with traditional buffer management.</p>
<p>Phil Sanders, Chief Innovation Officer at Tezalon, commented, <em>“At Tezalon, we’re focused on delivering solutions that are tailored to the unique needs of each and every customer. The new inline dilution system is consistent with this approach, providing the flexibility to adapt key aspects of the system such as the number of inlets, as well as the automation and control  platform.” </em></p>
<p>The inline dilution system features dual inlet headers with a Quattroflow® pump on each header to optimize performance. The flexible system can also be adapted to provide additional inlets and pumps to meet the precise needs of every process. A brand-agnostic design enables use with virtually any automation and control platform, including DeltaV®, Rockwell Automation®, or another platform.</p>
